That is the best way to describe this past week.
Wednesday I ran 7 miles at a very easy 9:55 pace. Thursday, 8.2 miles at a little quicker pace of 9:39. Friday was 8.7 miles at an easy 9:54 pace. Today was my long run, 15 miles at a 9:32 pace.
I feel that after just doing a marathon, I am in good shape for the half marathon. My goal for the half marathon is to finish in under 2 hours. I think it's possible given the right weather conditions. I tend to run better in the 40's and 50's, so that is what I am hoping for.
I will most likely do some speed work Wednesday in preparation for Saturday's 5K.
